Only the expert assigned to your review and the small operations team supporting it can access your work.
Are reviewers under an NDA?
Yes. Reviewers are contractually bound to confidentiality before they receive client work.
What happens to my files afterwards?
Uploaded files are deleted when the review is complete. We only retain what is needed to support the finished review or meet legal obligations.
Is my work used for anything else?
No. Your work is used only to deliver the review you requested.
Can I send confidential client work?
Yes. If your client requires a specific NDA, contact us before upload and we will arrange it.
Terms & scope
Each review covers one piece of work and one clear question. We confirm anything larger before you pay.
Text messages
After checkout, you can choose to receive transactional text messages about that purchase. Selecting “Text me the next steps” records your consent and sends the first message to the number you provided to Stripe.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your review. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
