How reviews work, what is included, and what happens to your work after you send it.
How does this work?
Text our team with the question you need answered. Your operator sends a secure file handoff link for the work itself, we match it to the right available expert, and return honest feedback with clear next steps.
What about follow-ups?
Each review covers one round of feedback for one piece of work. Clarifying questions needed to complete that review are included. Feedback on a revised draft, another piece of work, implementation, or additional research is a new review.
How quickly will I get feedback?
Most reviews are returned within 60 minutes once the scope and materials are clear.
Who reviews my work?
We match your request to a relevant senior expert in our network with at least ten years of paid experience in their field.
Can I request an expert?
You absolutely can, but we don't make any guarantees. While we try to pair you with experts you've worked with in the past, our operators prioritize speed of response and might match you with someone new.
Privacy & confidentiality
Your work stays confidential.
Reviewers accept written confidentiality obligations before seeing client work. Files arrive through a secure file handoff and are deleted after review, with automatic deletion within 24 hours.
Who can see my work?
Only the team member handling your request and the expert reviewing it in the ordinary course. Limited technical access may occur only when needed to resolve a specific security or service problem.
Are reviewers under an NDA?
Yes. Every reviewer accepts written confidentiality obligations before seeing client work. Those obligations survive completion of the review.
Is my work used to train AI?
No. Your work is used only to complete your review. It is never used to train, test, evaluate, or improve an AI model.
Does my work leave your system?
Files submitted through the secure file handoff stay inside our managed review workflow. We do not send them to external AI tools or collaboration services.
What happens to my files afterwards?
Source files are deleted as soon as the expert completes the review, with automatic deletion within 24 hours. Completed reviews are also deleted within 24 hours after delivery. We do not keep an archival copy, so download your review before the private link expires.
How does secure file handoff work?
Your operator sends a unique upload link in the conversation. Files go directly into the expert's review thread and are deleted after review, with automatic deletion within 24 hours.
Can I send confidential work?
Yes, as long as you are authorised to share it. Use the secure file handoff link your operator sends. If you require your own NDA or security process, email us before uploading.
